You CAN Change Old Habits


You become what you tell yourself you are, so speak encouragingly to yourself, just like you would a beloved friend.

I have been trying this experiment. I really want to be a bright, sunshiny morning person, but for the most part, I am not.

I keep telling myself over and over again how much I LOVE getting up early and getting so much done early in the day.
As I'm trying to wake myself up in the morning, I tell myself over and over again. "This is the new Lynda, the early-bird, the one who LOVES getting up early and getting so many things done".
And you know what? It is working. Not every day, but there are a lot of days now when I'm up bright and early and getting a lot done!
